To perform this exercise, start in a plank position with your hands shoulder-width apart and your partner standing behind you. Your partner will then hold onto your feet and lift them up, while you walk forward on your hands. Keep your core engaged and maintain a straight line from your head to your heels. This exercise helps improve core strength, stability, and coordination.
Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.
Do daily for how many time Do daily two times, or do as per instructed by your doctor.

How to do exercise
  • Begin with child in four point kneel.
  • Stand behind child and have them place one leg and then both into your hands.
  • Walk them around letting them using their arms.
  • Elbows should be straight or slightly bent.
  • When done, lower legs one at a time.
