Description of exercise | Tubing assisted elbow extend exercise is a resistance training exercise that targets the triceps muscles in the back of the upper arm. To perform this exercise, one end of the band is attached to a stable object, while the other end is held in the hand with the elbow bent. The arm is then straightened against the resistance of the band, focusing on engaging the triceps muscles.
