How to do exercise
  • Lie face down with arms extended overhead, legs together.
  • Inhale and arch back, lifting head, upper body, legs and arms slightly upward off floor.
  • Begin by raising right arm and left leg, then lowering right arm and left leg while raising left arm and right leg.
  • Continue alternating motion while exhaling and inhaling in five counts.
