How to do exercise
  • Lie face down.
  • Place arms overhead with elbows straight, thumbs up
  • Place a towel roll under forehead.
  • Squeeze shoulder blades together and downward.
  • Lift arms up, but not past shoulder level.
  • Relax and repeat.
