How to do exercise
  • Motion stimulation is an important form of sensory integration. Following are some ideas.
  • Place child on their back in a hammock and swing back and forth.
  • Place child sitting in a blanket. With another adult, lift the corners of the blanket and swing back and forth.
  • Place child lying in a barrel or large tube and roll back and forth.
