Description of exercise The Hand TRX crunch exercise is a core strengthening exercise that utilizes the TRX suspension trainer. It involves lying on your back with your feet in the foot cradles of the TRX straps and your hands holding onto the handles. From this position, you engage your core muscles and lift your upper body off the ground, bringing your elbows towards your knees. This movement targets the abdominal muscles, specifically the rectus abdominis and obliques, while also engaging the arms, shoulders, and back muscles for stability. The Hand TRX crunch is a challenging exercise that can be modified for different fitness levels by adjusting the angle of the straps.
Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.
Do daily for how many time Do daily two times, or do as per instructed by your doctor.
Do for how many days Do for two to three weeks, or do upto days told by your doctor.
How to do exercise
  • Lie face down, feet in TRX foot cradles, knees on floor, upper body supported on hands as shown.
  • Tighten abdominal muscles and lift hips upward into a plank position.
  • Bend hips and knees bringing knees toward chest.
  • Return to start and repeat.
