From this position, you engage your core muscles and lift your upper body off the ground, bringing your elbows towards your knees. This movement targets the abdominal muscles, specifically the rectus abdominis and obliques, while also engaging the arms, shoulders, and back muscles for stability. The Hand TRX crunch is a challenging exercise that can be modified for different fitness levels by adjusting the angle of the straps. |
