Description of exercise The Elastic upper neck bend down exercise is a simple yet effective movement that helps to stretch and strengthen the muscles in the upper neck and shoulders. To perform this exercise, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and place your hands on your hips. Slowly tilt your head forward, bringing your chin towards your chest, while keeping your back straight. Hold this position for a few seconds, then slowly return to the starting position.
