Description of exercise Double TRX triceps extensions are a challenging and effective exercise that targets the triceps muscles. This exercise involves using two TRX suspension trainers, one for each hand, to perform a triceps extension movement. To begin, the straps of the TRX trainers are adjusted to a suitable length and the user holds onto the handles with an overhand grip. The arms are extended overhead and then slowly bent at the elbows to lower the body towards the ground. The triceps are engaged to push the body back up to the starting position. This exercise helps to strengthen and tone the triceps while also improving overall arm strength and stability.

How to do exercise
  • Stand facing away TRX, holding handles in both hands, arms overhead, elbows bent, palms forward, as shown.
  • Straighten elbows.
  • Return and repeat.
