Description of exercise | The DB double scaption exercise is a shoulder strengthening exercise that targets the deltoid muscles. It involves holding a dumbbell in each hand and raising both arms out to the sides at a 45-degree angle, forming a “V” shape with the arms. The movement is similar to a lateral raise, but with the arms positioned slightly higher.
