How to do exercise
  • Subject lies face down with knee bent.
  • Caregiver places one hand on hip to keep pelvic area stable.
  • Other hand is placed on lower leg.
  • Gently move leg outward as shown until a gentle stretch is reached.
  • Hold, release, and repeat.
