Description of exercise Sprinter start with TRX exercise is a dynamic and challenging exercise that combines the use of TRX suspension training with sprinting movements. The exercise begins with the athlete standing facing away from the TRX straps, with one foot in the foot cradles and the other foot planted firmly on the ground. The athlete then performs a quick sprint start, driving the foot in the TRX straps back behind them, while simultaneously driving the planted foot forward. Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.

How to do exercise
  • Face away from the TRX, straps under arms, elbows bent.
  • Lean at 45 degree angle as shown.
  • Step back with one leg and step back up.
  • Repeat with other leg.
