Description of exercise | Elastic dynamic hug exercise is a stretching and strengthening exercise that targets the muscles in the upper back, shoulders, and chest. It involves standing with arms raised and elbows bent at 90 degrees, then pulling the elbows back and squeezing the shoulder blades together as if hugging a large ball. As the arms are pulled back, the chest opens up and the shoulder muscles are activated. This exercise helps improve posture, increase shoulder mobility, and relieve tension in the upper body. It can be modified by using resistance bands or weights to increase the intensity. Regular practice of elastic dynamic hug can help improve overall upper body strength and flexibility. |
