How to do exercise
  • Lie on back on roll, arms at side, palms in.
  • Feet should be flat on floor.
  • Tighten abdominal muscles.
  • Raise right arm up over head and raise left leg toward chest.
  • Lower arm and leg and repeat with left arm and right leg.
