Description of exercise Supine sit and turn exercise is a simple yet effective movement that helps to strengthen the core muscles and improve flexibility in the spine. To perform this exercise, lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Place your hands behind your head and engage your abdominal muscles. Slowly lift your head and shoulders off the ground, then twist your torso to one side while keeping your hips and legs stable. Hold for a few seconds, then return to the starting position and repeat on the other side. This exercise can help improve posture, reduce back pain, and increase overall core strength.
Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.
Do daily for how many time Do daily two times, or do as per instructed by your doctor.
Do for how many days Do for two to three weeks, or do upto days told by your doctor.
How to do exercise
  • Lie on back.
  • Roll onto side which causes dizziness.
  • Stay in this position until dizziness subsides or for 15 seconds if there are no symptoms.
  • Roll again onto back and quickly sit up.
  • Stay in this position until dizziness subsides or for 15 seconds if there are no symptoms.
  • Lie on back and repeat.
