Description of exercise Window wash exercise is a physical activity that involves mimicking the movements of a window washer. It is a full-body workout that can be done at home or in a gym. Then, slowly bend at the waist, keeping the back straight, and lower the arms towards the ground. As you reach the bottom, squeeze the shoulder blades together and hold for a few seconds before returning to the starting position. This exercise helps to strengthen the arms, shoulders, and core muscles while improving posture and flexibility.
