Description of exercise The ulnar nerve glide proximal bent elbow exercise is a stretching and mobilization exercise that targets the ulnar nerve, which runs from the neck to the hand. This exercise is performed with the elbow bent at a 90-degree angle and the palm facing up. The individual then slowly bends their wrist towards their body, while keeping their fingers straight. This motion helps to gently stretch and glide the ulnar nerve, improving its flexibility and reducing tension. It can be beneficial for those with conditions such as cubital tunnel syndrome or ulnar nerve entrapment. It should be performed slowly and with caution to avoid aggravating the nerve.
