Description of exercise The tubing assist forward arm raise is a strengthening exercise that targets the muscles in the shoulders and upper back. To perform this exercise, you will need a resistance band or tubing. Begin by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding the ends of the tubing in each hand. Keep your arms straight and lift them in front of you to shoulder level, while simultaneously stepping back with one foot to create tension in the tubing. Slowly lower your arms back down to your sides and repeat for the desired number of repetitions. This exercise helps improve shoulder stability and can be modified for different fitness levels by adjusting the tension of the tubing.
Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.
Do daily for how many time Do daily two times, or do as per instructed by your doctor.
Do for how many days Do for two to three weeks, or do upto days told by your doctor.
How to do exercise
  • Secure elastic to object.
  • Begin with arm at side, elbow straight, holding elastic, palm down.
  • Raise arm in front, over head.
  • Return to starting position.
