Description of exercise The triple swing stretch with a club is a dynamic exercise that targets the muscles of the upper body, particularly the shoulders and back. To perform this exercise, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a golf club or any other long object with both hands. Begin by swinging the club behind your back, keeping your arms straight and your shoulders relaxed. Then, swing the club over your head and down in front of your body, bending at the waist and keeping your arms straight. Finally, swing the club back behind your back and repeat the movement for several repetitions. This exercise helps improve shoulder mobility, upper body strength, and coordination.
Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.
Do daily for how many time Do daily two times, or do as per instructed by your doctor.
Do for how many days Do for two to three weeks, or do upto days told by your doctor.
How to do exercise
  • Perform a slow golf swing with club at shoulder level.
  • Return to start, perform another swing at hip level and return.
  • Perform a third swing at ankle level.
  • Repeat.
