To perform this exercise, you will need a towel or resistance band. Begin by lying on your back with your legs extended and the towel wrapped around the ball of your foot. Slowly raise your leg towards the ceiling, keeping your knee straight and pulling on the towel for resistance. Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds, then release and switch legs. This exercise helps to improve flexibility and range of motion in the hamstrings, making it great for athletes and those with tight leg muscles.
Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.
Do daily for how many time Do daily two times, or do as per instructed by your doctor.
Do for how many days Do for two to three weeks, or do upto days told by your doctor.
How to do exercise
  • Lie on back holding a towel looped under foot with knee straight, as shown.
  • Gently pull leg up.
  • Repeat with other leg.
