Engage your core and slowly rotate your torso to one side, keeping your hips and legs stable. Hold for a few seconds and then return to the starting position. Repeat on the other side. This exercise helps improve balance, stability, and overall core strength. It can also help with posture and reduce the risk of back pain. |
