Description of exercise | Tiger Tail Triceps massage exercise is a stretching and massage technique that helps to relieve tension and tightness in the triceps muscles. It involves using a Tiger Tail massage stick, which is a handheld tool with a foam roller on the end, to apply pressure and massage the triceps muscles. The exercise begins with the arm extended overhead and the massage stick placed behind the arm. Slowly rolling the stick down the back of the arm towards the elbow helps to release tension and improve flexibility in the triceps.
