The exercise begins with the arm extended overhead and the massage stick placed behind the arm. How to do exercise
  • Sit in comfortable position.
  • Position one end of Tiger Tail at top of thigh as shown.
  • Hold end of Tiger Tail with other hand and roll up and down the back of upper arm.
