Description of exercise | Supine sit and turn exercise is a simple yet effective movement that helps to strengthen the core muscles and improve flexibility in the spine. To perform this exercise, lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Place your hands behind your head and engage your abdominal muscles. Slowly lift your head and shoulders off the ground, then twist your torso to one side while keeping your hips and legs stable. Hold for a few seconds, then return to the starting position and repeat on the other side. This exercise can help improve posture, reduce back pain, and increase overall core strength. |
