Description of exercise Stretch wrist supinate exercise is a simple and effective way to improve flexibility and strength in the wrists and forearms. To perform this exercise, start by sitting or standing with your arms at your sides. Then, extend your arms out in front of you with your palms facing down. Slowly rotate your hands and wrists until your palms are facing up, as if you are holding a bowl of soup. Hold this position for a few seconds, then slowly rotate your hands back to the starting position. Repeat this movement for several repetitions, focusing on keeping your arms and shoulders relaxed. This exercise can help improve wrist mobility, reduce stiffness, and prevent injuries.

How to do exercise
  • Begin by supporting elbow at side, bent to 90 degrees.
  • With your other hand gently rotate their hand to a palm up position until a gentle stretch is felt.
