Then, use your other hand to gently pull your thumb back towards your wrist until you feel a stretch in your thumb and wrist. Hold this position for 10-15 seconds, then release and repeat on the other hand. This exercise can help improve range of motion in the thumb, reduce stiffness and pain, and prevent injuries.
