Start by slowly straightening your knee and lifting your foot towards the ceiling, while keeping your thigh and hip muscles relaxed. Hold this position for a few seconds, then slowly lower your leg back down. How to do exercise
  • Position child either on their back or stomach.
  • Place one and on right hip to provide stability.
  • Grasp lower leg of left leg and slowly straighten knee until a gentle stretch is felt.
  • Hold and repeat.
