Description of exercise Straw breathing exercise is a simple yet effective technique that can help improve breathing and reduce stress and anxiety. To do this exercise, you will need a straw and a glass of water. Sit in a comfortable position and take a deep breath through your nose. Then, place the straw in your mouth and slowly exhale through it, making a humming sound. As you exhale, imagine blowing bubbles in the water. This will help you take longer, more controlled breaths. Repeat this for a few minutes, focusing on your breath and the humming sound. This exercise can help calm the mind, increase oxygen flow, and promote relaxation.
Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.
Do daily for how many time Do daily two times, or do as per instructed by your doctor.
Do for how many days Do for two to three weeks, or do upto days told by your doctor.
How to do exercise
  • Place large straw in mouth and breath in slowly and deeply.
  • Exhale slowly and completely.
