Description of exercise Squat assist exercise is a lower body strengthening exercise that targets the muscles in the thighs, hips, and buttocks. How to do exercise
  • Place child on feet, knees partially bent.
  • Place hands on their hips.
  • Provide slight downward pressure with hands hips.
  • Help child squat down while keeping their trunk upright.
