Description of exercise Soleus stretch exercise is a simple and effective stretch that targets the soleus muscle in the calf. It involves standing with one foot in front of the other, bending the back knee and keeping the front leg straight. The back heel should be on the ground and the front foot should be pointing forward. The stretch is then intensified by leaning forward and pushing the back heel into the ground. This exercise helps to improve flexibility and range of motion in the calf muscles, which can be beneficial for activities such as running, jumping, and walking.
