Description of exercise Sitting arm rotation exercise is a simple yet effective workout that targets the muscles in the arms, shoulders, and upper back. To perform this exercise, sit on a chair with your back straight and your feet flat on the ground. Extend your arms out to the sides at shoulder height, palms facing down. Slowly rotate your arms in a circular motion, bringing your hands towards your chest and then out to the sides again. Keep your shoulders relaxed and your core engaged throughout the movement. This exercise helps to improve flexibility, strengthen the upper body, and increase range of motion in the shoulders. It can be done as a warm-up or incorporated into a regular workout routine.

How to do exercise
  • Sit with forearm supported on table.
  • Arm at side, elbow bent.
  • Rotate arm outward as shown.
