To perform the single mid TRX neutral row, one must hold onto the TRX handles and lean back at a slight angle, keeping the arms straight. Then, the individual pulls their body towards the handles, squeezing the shoulder blades together, before slowly lowering back down. This exercise can be modified for different fitness levels by adjusting the angle of the body and the intensity of the pull. |
