Description of exercise | Shoulder push out exercise is a strengthening exercise that targets the muscles in the shoulders and upper back. To perform this exercise, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your sides. Slowly raise your arms out to the sides, keeping them straight, until they are parallel to the ground. Hold for a few seconds, then slowly lower your arms back to your sides. This exercise helps to improve shoulder stability, increase shoulder mobility, and strengthen the muscles that support proper posture. It can be done with or without weights, making it a versatile exercise that can be modified for different fitness levels. |
