Description of exercise | The seated ankle towel pull inward with weight exercise is a simple yet effective way to strengthen the muscles in your ankles and feet. To perform this exercise, you will need a towel and a weight. Sit on a chair with your feet flat on the ground and place the towel under your feet. Hold onto the ends of the towel with your hands and place the weight on top of your feet. Slowly pull the towel inward towards your body, using your ankle and foot muscles to resist the weight. Hold for a few seconds and then release. This exercise can help improve ankle stability and prevent injuries. |
