Description of exercise Scaption outward rotation with Rotater exercise is a shoulder strengthening exercise that targets the rotator cuff muscles. It involves lifting the arms at a 45-degree angle away from the body, while externally rotating the shoulder. This movement mimics the action of reaching for something on a high shelf or throwing a ball. The addition of the Rotater device helps to isolate and activate the rotator cuff muscles, providing a more targeted and effective workout. This exercise can help improve shoulder stability, mobility, and strength, making it beneficial for athletes or individuals recovering from shoulder injuries. It can be easily incorporated into a shoulder strengthening routine for overall shoulder health.
