Description of exercise | Revolved lateral angle exercise is a yoga pose that helps to improve flexibility and mobility in the spine, shoulders, and hips. To perform this exercise, you start by standing with your feet hip-width apart and your arms stretched out to the sides. Then, you twist your torso to one side, bringing one hand to the opposite knee and the other hand reaching up towards the ceiling.
