How to do exercise
  • Kneel with knees together, buttock on heels.
  • Reach backward and grasp feet so thumbs are down and palms are around heels. Make sure you have a good grip.
  • Exhale and lower forehead to knees with top of head touching floor.
  • At the same time, raise hips until thighs are vertical.
  • Breath normally and hold position.
  • Repeat.
