Description of exercise PROM wrist sup/pron exercise is a passive range of motion exercise that involves moving the wrist joint through its full range of motion without using any muscle contraction. How to do exercise
  • Position elbow at 90 degrees.
  • Gently hold elbow to keep arm at side of body.
  • With other hand rotate their hand from palm up to palm down.
