How to do exercise
  • Sit tall in chair with left palm on outside of right knee.
  • Then place right hand at right hip or edge of chair.
  • Twist trunk to the right ,pulling with left arm and pushing with right arm.
  • Return, switch arm positions and twist to left.
  • Repeat.
