Description of exercise | Positioning sit with straight leg seat exercise is a simple yet effective workout that targets the abdominal muscles. To perform this exercise, sit on a mat with your legs extended straight out in front of you. Keep your back straight and place your hands behind your hips for support. Slowly lift your legs off the ground, keeping them straight, until your body forms a V shape. Hold this position for a few seconds before slowly lowering your legs back down to the starting position. This exercise helps to strengthen the core muscles, improve balance and posture, and can also help to alleviate lower back pain. It is a great addition to any workout routine. |
