Description of exercise | Pool press ups, also known as water push-ups, are a variation of the traditional push-up exercise performed in a pool. To perform pool press ups, one must stand in waist-deep water and place their hands on the edge of the pool. They then push their body up and out of the water, similar to a regular push-up.
