Description of exercise Pool front arm raise is a low-impact exercise that targets the shoulders and upper back muscles. It is performed in a standing position in a pool with water at chest level. To do this exercise, you need to stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, arms at your sides, and palms facing down. Slowly raise both arms in front of you until they are parallel to the water surface, then lower them back down.
