To perform this exercise, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms extended out to your sides at shoulder height. Slowly rotate your arms in a circular motion, as if you are drawing a large pinwheel with your fingertips. As you rotate your arms, focus on keeping your shoulders down and back, and your core engaged. This exercise helps to improve shoulder mobility, increase range of motion, and can also help alleviate tension and tightness in the upper body. It is a great warm-up or cool-down exercise for any workout routine.

How to do exercise
  • Lie on back. with straight legs as shown.
  • Lift one leg and cross over to other side to touch foot on floor.
  • Lower and repeat with other leg.
