Description of exercise | Palm in hyperextend exercise is a strength training exercise that targets the muscles in the back, shoulders, and arms. Then, slowly lift the chest and arms off the mat, keeping the elbows close to the body and squeezing the shoulder blades together. The palms should be facing each other at the top of the movement.
