How to do exercise
  • Begin in a push up position, feet in TRX foot cradles, as shown.
  • Bend hips and knees bringing knees toward chest while twisting trunk.
  • Return to push up position and perform one push up.
  • Bend hips and knees bringing knees toward chest while twisting trunk other direction.
  • Perform another push up.
  • Repeat.
