Description of exercise The Neutral TRX narrow fly exercise is a variation of the traditional TRX fly exercise that targets the chest muscles. It is performed by holding onto the TRX straps with an overhand grip and stepping back until the straps are taut. Then, the arms are brought together in front of the chest, keeping the elbows close to the body and the palms facing each other. This movement mimics the motion of a flying bird and engages the chest muscles to stabilize and control the movement. The neutral grip also helps to reduce strain on the shoulders and allows for a deeper contraction of the chest muscles. This exercise is great for building upper body strength and improving posture.
