Description of exercise Neck twist exercise is a simple yet effective stretch that targets the muscles in the neck and upper back. To perform this exercise, stand or sit with your back straight and shoulders relaxed. Slowly turn your head to one side, keeping your chin parallel to the ground. Hold for a few seconds, then return to the center and repeat on the other side.
