Description of exercise Neck turns at wall is a simple and effective exercise that helps to improve neck mobility and flexibility. To perform this exercise, stand facing a wall with your feet shoulder-width apart and your hands on the wall at shoulder height. Slowly turn your head to the left, keeping your chin parallel to the ground and your eyes on the wall. Hold for a few seconds, then return to the starting position. Repeat on the right side. This exercise can help to relieve tension and stiffness in the neck, improve posture, and prevent neck pain. It is important to perform this exercise slowly and gently to avoid any strain or discomfort.
Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.
Do daily for how many time Do daily two times, or do as per instructed by your doctor.
Do for how many days Do for two to three weeks, or do upto days told by your doctor.

  • Place ball on wall and place forehead on ball.
