How to do exercise
  • Lie on back on roll with arms at side for support.
  • Lift one leg up to 90 degrees, keeping knee bent.
  • Raise other leg the same way.
  • Look down at feet.
  • Move feet up and down.
  • Repeat repetitions, then lower legs one at a time.
