Description of exercise The Medicine Ball V Chop exercise is a dynamic and challenging movement that targets the core, arms, and shoulders. It involves standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding a medicine ball in both hands. From this position, you will squat down and twist your torso to one side while simultaneously bringing the ball down towards your knee. Then, you will explosively stand up and twist your torso to the other side, bringing the ball up and across your body in a V shape. This exercise not only strengthens and tones the muscles in your core and upper body, but also improves coordination and balance. It can be modified for different fitness levels by using a lighter or heavier medicine ball.
Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.
Do daily for how many time Do daily two times, or do as per instructed by your doctor.
Do for how many days Do for two to three weeks, or do upto days told by your doctor.
How to do exercise
  • Hold ball in front of hips.
  • Move ball upward and to side as shown.
  • Lower and move upward and to opposite side.
  • Repeat.
