Description of exercise The medicine ball shoulder stepover exercise is a strength training exercise that targets the shoulders, core, and legs. To perform this exercise, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a medicine ball at chest level. Step forward with one foot and simultaneously lift the medicine ball over your head, rotating your torso and shoulders as you do so. Then, step back to the starting position and repeat on the other side. This exercise helps to improve shoulder stability, core strength, and coordination. It can also be modified by increasing the weight of the medicine ball or adding a jump between steps for a more challenging workout.
Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.

How to do exercise
  • Begin in push up position with lower legs on stability ball and hands on medicine ball.
  • Step down to right onto floor.
  • Step back up onto ball.
  • Step down to left onto floor.
  • Step back up onto ball.
  • Repeat.
