How to do exercise
  • Stand facing partner.
  • Hold ball in hands at chest.
  • While sidestepping, throw ball to partner.
  • Partner stays in place, catches ball and throws it back.
  • Catch ball, sidestep to opposite side and throw ball back to partner.
  • Repeat.
